At Poppy Couture, we take pride in carefully selecting and inspecting every item before it is shipped. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final.
Returns & Refunds
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference. Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or there is another issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@poppycouture.co.

- Clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

Exceptions
While our general policy is that all sales are final, Poppy Couture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make exceptions in limited circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect item(s) shipped
- Item(s) arriving damaged or defective
- Other verified order fulfillment errors
Any approved remedy may include a replacement item, store credit, or another solution deemed appropriate by Poppy Couture. Refunds are issued only when required by applicable law or when no other reasonable resolution is available.
