Poppy Couture Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Poppy Couture! We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or federal holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

Shipping

Poppy Couture currently ships only within the United States.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Please note that delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

Poppy Couture is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other shipping carriers
  • Severe weather or natural disasters
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact support@poppycouture.co immediately. We will do our best to update your information if your order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Poppy Couture is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact support@poppycouture.co as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review each case individually and work with you and the shipping carrier, when appropriate, to help resolve the issue.
